The purpose of this assignment is twofold:
1) to reduce the memory size of photos for the web
2) to create thumbnails for web pages

Create a web page saved as photos.html

Following are the requirements:

• The page should have at least 5 photos in "thumbnail" format (You will have to create them in PhotoShop...online students should download GIMP)

• Each thumbnail should link to another web page with bigger photo

• The bigger photo should not be bigger than your computer screen and the page should link back to your photos.html
  
  
• The photos should not be more than 100 kb each (You will have to reduce them in PhotoShop...online students should use GIMP)

• The photos should have a common theme.

• The page should have a title and short explanation of the theme
